Since he founded the company in 2003, John Goldener, M.D. has helped a diverse range of clients fill positions, including Executive Vice President, Associate Director, and Chief Medical Officer. During his career in clinical medicine, John Goldener, M.D. served as Director of Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. John Goldener, M.D. also worked as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Lankenau Hospital. In each role, John Goldener, M.D. oversaw all administrative functions, including financial management, long-term strategic growth planning, hiring, scheduling, and training. Over more than two decades, John Goldener, M.D. contributed significantly to the improvement and growth of his organizations. Prior to entering the field of retained executive search, John Goldener, M.D. also briefly headed the 50-physician Main Line Multispecialty Group. Broadly educated, John Goldener, M.D. earned his degree in medicine from Georgetown University, where he also received his Bachelor’s degree. Additionally, John Goldener, M.D. obtained a Master of Medical Management (MMM) degree from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
